^Landscape Package Terms & Conditions:
This promotion is valid for the first 20 sales at Carver’s Reach, Park Ridge from the 10th August 2019. The promotion is conditional upon the purchaser settling their land lot on or before 30th June 2020 and receiving covenant approval for their home design.
The landscape package is only available for embellishment of the front garden with 3 design variations to select from. All works are to be undertaken in accordance with the planting densities and design thresholds specific to the relevant landscape option, to which a predetermined value of has been identified, but to which does not exceed $10,000 in value. All landscape packages will be delivered by Park Ridge Development Management Pty Ltd or their nominated landscape contractor and is not redeemable for any other purposes. The option to deliver the landscape package is not available to any third party or external contractor.
The process for the installation of the landscaping is as follows:
Once Certificate of Occupancy is received and all builder materials have been removed from the site there is 3 steps to follow to coordinate the installation of the front garden.

A representative from Golden Gate Property will contact you to discuss your design preference, alteration for site position and to coordinate the installation of your selected front garden.
Once installed, the property owner shall be responsible and liable for all future maintenance and upkeep costs.
